Falcons Set to host MASCAC Baseball Championship

 Face Salem State in Best-of-Three Series for Title

 Fitchburg, Mass. – The Fitchburg State University baseball team will host the Vikings of Salem State in the 2021 MASCAC Championship this Friday-Saturday (May 14-15) from Riccards Field.

The Falcons secured the #1 seed after posting a 7-3 conference mark, earning the Green and Gold the first MASCAC Regular Season Title in schools history. The Vikings concluded their conference run with a sweep over Westfield to secure the #2 selections.

Friday's schedule will include two nine-inning games starting at 12:00 PM. Game 2 will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of game 1. If the teams are tied after Friday's contests, game 3 will be on Saturday, May 15^th starting at 1:00 PM.
