Zaire McKnight Named To D3 Football All-Region I Team
Fitchburg, MA – Fitchburg State football senior defensive back Elijah Zaire McKnight (Tracy, CA) was recently selected to the D3 Football All-Region I Third Team as announced by the D3Football on Wednesday.

Fitchburg, MA – Fitchburg State football senior defensive back Elijah Zaire McKnight (Tracy, CA) was recently selected to the D3 Football All-Region I Third Team as announced by the D3Football on Wednesday.
Zaire McKnight earned his first D3 Football selection after posting a MASCAC leading six interceptions as well as totaling 48 tackles on 31 solo stops and 17 assisted tackles, one fumble forced, one fumble recovery, six pass breaks and three blocked kicks in addition to averaging 23.1 yards per kick return and 12.1 yards per punt return.
For his efforts Elijah was collected Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference First Team offensive and defensive honors as a return specialist and defensive back.
