Van Ahnen led Fitchburg State to a 1-1 week, averaging 11 saves per game with a .846 save percentage. The junior netminder backstopped Fitchburg State to a 2-1 penalty-stroke victory over previously-unbeaten Framingham State with a season-best 16 save effort, while posting six stops against UMass Dartmouth earlier in the week.
