Lee Named WACBA Player of the Week
The Worcester Area College Basketball Association (WACBA) has announced its weekly honors and Fitchburg State’s Kwame Lee has been named as men’s player of the week.
WORCESTER, Mass. – The Worcester Area College Basketball Association (WACBA) has announced its weekly honors and Fitchburg State's Kwame Lee has been named as men's player of the week.
Lee averaged 16 points over two games for Fitchburg State. The junior forward put in a team-high 20 points in the Falcons' 77-67 loss to UMass Boston on Tuesday, and 12 points on Saturday's defeat to #16 MIT, 63-58. Over the two games Lee shot 50% from the field, and contributed with 11 rebounds, three steals, and two blocks.
The Falcons will return to action tonight as they host New England College at 7:00pm.
