Hastings Collects ECAC DIII NE Indoor Track Athlete of the Week Honors

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Junior Jake Hastings was recently selected Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III New England Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Wednesday afternoon.
Hastings collects his second weekly honor on the season after turning in a DIII New England qualifying time of 8:48.63 with a third place finish in the 3000 meter for the Falcons at the 2017 Reggie Poyau Invitational, hosted by Brandeis University on Saturday afternoon.
The Fitchburg State men's indoor track team returns to action on Sunday as it competes in the 2017 Greater Boston Track Club Invite, hosted by Harvard University for a meet starting at 10 a.m.
