Sattiewhite Named MASCAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete Of The Week

FITCHBURG, Mass. – Fitchburg State senior Ben Sattiewhite was selected Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Sattiewhite earns his second weekly accolade of the year after placing second overall in the high jump with an Open New England qualifying mark of 2.07 meters for the Falcons at the 2017 Dartmouth Indoor Classic. With that jump, Ben currently ranks third nationally in the high jump.
The Fitchburg State men's indoor track team returns to action next weekend as they complete in the 2016-17 MASCAC/Alliance indoor track & field championships, hosted by the University of Southern Maine on Saturday at 10 a.m.
