FITCHBURG, MA: Fitchburg State finished the fall-winter semester with 124 of the 1,390 student-athletes making the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Academic Team. Making up the 1,390 student-athletes are twelve institutions, including the eight core members of the MASCAC and four affiliate members.

Hopkinton, NH – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team finished 24th overall with a total of 724 points at the 2023 NCAA DIII New England Regional Championships this afternoon at the Hopkinton Fair Grounds.
Fitchburg, Mass. – Fitchburg State sophomore Michael Burns (Worcester, Mass.) was named to the 2023 Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) Men's Cross Country All-Conference team as announced by the conference office on Thursday afternoon.
Devens, MA – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team finished third overall at the 2023 MASCAC Championships with a total of 66 points, hosted by Worcester State this afternoon at Willard Park.
Boston, MA – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team finished 15th overall with a total of 444 points at the 2023 Suffolk Invitational at Franklin Park this afternoon.
Westfield, MA – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team finished 18th overall with a total of 493 points at the 2023 James Early Invitational, hosted by Westfield State at Stanley Park today.
Keene, NH – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team placed 14th overall with a total of 404 points at the 2023 Keene State Invitational at the Owl Athletic Complex.
Williamstown, MA. – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team placed fifth overall with a total of 153 points at the 2023 Purple Valley Classic at the Mt. Greylock Cross Country Trails, hosted by Williams College.
Dartmouth, MA. – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team placed 30th overall with a total of 839 points at the 2023 UMass Dartmouth Invitational at the Robert Dowd Cross Country Course.
Middletown, Conn. – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team placed third overall with a total of 96 points at the 2023 Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational at the Wes Fuhrman Cross Country Trails.
Fitchburg, Mass. – The Fitchburg State University men’s cross country team placed first overall with a total of 21 points as the Falcons hosted its annual Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational this morning at the Doyle Conservation Center.
