Fitchburg State women’s basketball coach David Bostick recently announced that he will be stepping down as the Falcons mentor after a successful 2013-14 campaign with the University.

FITCHBURG, Mass. (May 27, 2014) – Fitchburg State women's basketball coach David Bostick recently announced that he will be stepping down as the Falcons mentor after a successful 2013-14 campaign with the University.
Throughout the 2013-14 season, Bostick led the Falcons to a 13-12 record and a 6-6 mark in the MASCAC. The first-year mentor propelled Fitchburg State back to the post-season, earning the fifth overall seed in the conference tournament, while the Falcons also named two players to the MASCAC All-Conference team.
"I would like to thank David for his year of service with Fitchburg State and I wish him well with his future endeavors," said Sue Lauder, Director of Athletics at Fitchburg State University.
Upon leaving the University, Bostick will assume the Head Basketball Coach duties at his alma mater, Becker College.
