Bio
Coach Kayla enters her first season as Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach after serving as an assistant coach last year, where she played a key role in recruiting and program development. A former lacrosse player herself, Kayla competed throughout high school and continued her playing career for one year at the collegiate level. Over the past several years, she has coached youth lacrosse throughout the Worcester, Massachusetts area, providing private instruction and helping young athletes develop their skills and passion for the game.
Drawing on her experience as a successful head field hockey coach, Kayla is excited to build upon the strong culture already established within the lacrosse program. Her goal is to foster continued growth, competitiveness, and team unity while helping student-athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field. She looks forward to using her playing and coaching experience to help the program continue to improve and achieve success.
