The Fitchburg State women’s lacrosse team and senior cross-country athlete Phil McCormack (Fitchburg, Mass./Fitchburg) were honored this past week, collecting the MASCAC’s first annual Sportsmanship Award, as selected by the Conference office.

The FSC Cross Country season may have ended on October 27th for most but for those who qualified the season marched on and it was no different at the NCAA D3 Regional Championship meet at Connecticut College for the top FSC men runners and the top FSC lady runners.
